OK so I've just spoken with BA and QF and the only routing out of MRU is either CPT or JNB via LHR or CHI on AA.
Can this LHR only be a transit and not included as the Europe continent as will be gling to Europe later on the ticket?
Can you bok a very long transit, clear customs (I am British) go to town for a few hours and then go back through passport contol to get the LHR CPT leg?
