Yes your are entitled if:
A) *A gold (UA 1P or 1K) flying transoceanic UA in any class,
B) Any C or F UA transoceanic pax.
They are not doing you a "favor" by offering you your chits any more than they are doing you a favor by offering you dinner on the flight - ITS WHAT YOU PAID FOR!
