My FTL tags never got lost, my SEN tags twice already, most probably on the conveyor at BUD, although I do not know whether they have been ripped off by handling personnnel or not. All the missing tags were replaced instantly after calling SEN hotline, actually the last time they asked how many I wanted. And I find them quite durable, even if they look pretty worn after two years.
