I faxed in an AS MVP Gold comp request Monday: included copy of my AA PLT card, my current mileage statement, and a scintillating cover letter. How long would you suggest waiting before following up? (I wouldn't expect it to be finished yet, but I'm curious how long I should wait. Some folks' comps have turned in 24 hours.)

If I do need to follow up, is it best to nag by phone or by re-faxing my request?
