There is a FastBreak "Bus Stop" area but I do not recall if there were monitors. The Bus driver told the FastBreak customers which cars they should choose from. To answer your question for the CLT station, if you have a Fast Break reservation you are dropped off at the Fast Break area and do not have to go to the counter.
