OK. Maybe I should make things a little clearer. As youy state the seats are much smaller on Concorde than in First.

The Catering/Service on Concorde was better than anything else and this should be the benchmark for the service that should now be the norm in First. I utterly agree with you that this would be inexpensive to address... With a few hundred pounds you really could do wonders to the food. The IFE also needs an upgrade but this is on the way.

I share your scepticism that actually BA wants to get rid of First altogether. If it does not then the seats are going to have to compete with the likes of SQ and there is no contest with a 36 inch wide seat of over 7 feet long no matter how much I like BA.
