Boeing board meeting.

VP : "OK Mr Chairman, the 797 is well into production, here's a $10 billion investment proposal for the next generation aircraft".

Chmn : "Hmmmm, whaddaya gonna call it ?"

VP : "Well with the 797 all the 7-number-7 combinations are used up".

Chmn : "Wow, that was our best unique selling point".

VP : "Yeah. Well, the new designation should embrace the fact that it is a complete master of the worldwide air routes, yet is as easy to take as getting round your local town".

Chmn : "Hmmmmmm .... hey, I've got it ! A word that says all of that - The Boeing 'Airbus' "

VP : "Oh shucks. Bring back Phil Condit".
