I used it recently to fly up to and back from... (where else?) Hokkaido. Minimal inflight service to be sure (You are offered your choice of coffee, green tea or onion soup), but for the price I paid, I was satisfied with the flight.

Be sure to make use of the online seating maps when you make your reservations to snag one of the exit row aisle seats. I had lots of leg room.
