No announcements as yet - and oneworld would be sure to let us know if they ever do that, as they did with LAN Ecuador and LAN Argentina comiing into ow next year with LAN Chile, iirc. For now, Dragon Air is, insofar as AAdvantage / oneworld benefits, just another non-ow airline, and not an AA partner as far as I can see.

So the correct asnwer is (d) None of the above.
