I'll be happy (as will my wife ) to experience your definition of both the seat and service; just relating comparitive experience of the many FT reviews I've read. Perhaps this is due to numerous FT'ers flying premium cabins with other international carriers, I don't know. I normally ride in cattle class, but thought I'd treat my wife on this long-haul.
