so the turndown service isn't like the sleeper service where they offer preflight dining but a smaller type meal onboard?

If you get a full meal onboard I'd say just go for a small bite to eat in the lounge...maybe some drinks and light snacks. Relax and get ready for a nice flight.

I mean sure you could eat nice sized meals twice. But there's this thing in economics called the law of diminishing marginal returns, and it most definitely applies to food. Eat too much and *blech*.
