I'm flying LHR-NBO in F next month and it appears that there is a preflight dining option (in addition to the turndown service). I'm thinking that I may not want the preflight dining as part of the F experience (my first, and likely few and far between) is the inflight meal. I don't think I'm up for two full meals in the course of a couple of hours, so I figure I should choose one. Or should I instead plan on eating light twice? If I do preflight dining am I somehow disqualified for the inflight meals?

If this already been covered elsewhere I apologize, I was unable to find it.
