This lounge is a non-smoking facility. (per aa.com and the link brp posted)
Some ACs (like DFW) have a smokers room ..
I'm kinda surprised that LAX in the Flagship Lounge does not allow smoking (don't Aussies smoke and drink a lot? wink) .. it could be an LAX kind of ruling.
The only 'smoking atrium' I know if is MIA Term D and it is outside the AC there.. hot and humid and ... ick.
