The biggest problem is that not only did this disrupt my sleep cycle, but I had to drive from Frankfurt to Munich, and then to Geneva all in the same day - I almost fell asleep behind the wheel.
Maybe if you had gone to the Arrivals Suite, and had the attendants flush all the toilets at various intervals, you could have had a hot-cold-hot-cold shower experience that might have at least kept your body from coming out of the state of shock which you experienced onboard
