Assuming she received an AS Visa Platinum or Visa Signature card, the enrollment bonus miles and the $50 companion e-Certificate should post to her Mileage Plan account about 4-6 weeks after she received the card. The Board Room passes should arrive in a Welcome Kit from the bank shortly after the arrival of the card.
