All it says is "1 calendar day prior".

Going in as a silver, I thought, no chance of the upgrade. However, with 10 FC seats still left...something is wrong!

Please help if you know what time EUA works for silvers and if others have had this experience.

FYI- My reservation was booked on CO.com

Thanks for your responses.
Hi halifaxflyer, To clarify what my colleague explained to you, our Elite Upgrade Automation (EUA) runs at several intervals before departure. Specifically, as a Silver Elite, it will run just before midnight of the calendar day before your flight (so technically this is on the 2nd calendar day before), once again 24 hours before your flight and again 3 hours before your flight. If you still haven't cleared at the 3-hour mark, you'll be added to the airport standby list when you check in. With 10 seats remaining on this flight, sounds like you do have a good chance at the upgrade (good luck to you), but as I'm sure you know, just because there are First Class seats available doesn't mean they'll be released for advance upgrades. A good number of our paid First Class seats are sold very close to departure.
