I've had a Travelpro Platinum II 22" rollerboard for about 6 years. I've had the handle break twice

and thee worst wheels on the market (see note below). This past time the handle broke (the 3rd time)

I brought it in for repair at the beginning of September. After about a month and a half with the repair business claiming that Travelpro hasn't sent them the handle, I decided to call another shop in the area. They said that I should bring it in but Travelpro is "extremely slow" in shipping replacement parts.

Anyone else have this problem recently or is this a common occurance with travelpro?
In the end I went out and bought a Briggs and Riley 21". It is a million times better. ^
About the travelpro wheels, they pick up every rock and pebble and jam the wheels forcing me to backtrack 6" to dislodge the pebble.

The wheels now have tons of flat spots. My much cheaper 30" Atlantic bag that lasted 400k miles never jammed. My 24" Atlantic bag has never jammed and my brand new Briggs and Riley have never jammed.
I'm close to spray painting my black travelpro rollerboard with "Travelpro sucks" in red for some good advertising for them.
