There was a Domino’s Pizza on Avenue L in the Canarsie section of Brooklyn that made real Brooklyn pizzas — and no, it was
not affiliated with the chain known as Domino’s Pizza.
It was there long before I ever heard of the chain, which would not know how to make a “Brooklyn-style pizza” if they — well — insert your own analogy here, because I cannot think of one that is goofy enough to describe what I am trying to convey.
By the way, we are known as “Brooklynites”.
