Bump - this issue has me striking the 630 from my list.

Can someone explain how the A series differs from the Elph series?

Any more feedback on the 700IS or 800IS? I'm looking for good day-after-turkey sales and I think I've narrowed it to these two. While looking for a deal, I'll pay more for a better camera. I keep things for a while.

As to size, I'm retiring a Sony DSC-S75...so everything out there is nice and small!
