That's the way it usually is when I'm there too. [By the way, I'm told this year it's almost impossible for me to be in the top 10 amongst foreigner arrivals -- of non-airline crew -- at DEL unless I get my act together.
Apparently there are a lot more people doing "insane" travel in and out of there than in prior years.]
