There was another thread a few days ago about how one traveler was told by TSA personnel that changes were being made to the liquids policy, but that they wouldn't go into effect until 11/29 (sorry, I can't find the thread now ) -- that may be the reason that tsa.gov doesn't reflect the changes spoken of in the article.
