Thanks for all the replies.

I have now completed the trip and can report that in each of the three (3) first class long-haul trips, I was given the Bogner bicycle bag. The contents are:

1. Trybol Mouthwash
2. Shoehorn
3. Hairbrush
4. Bicosmetic Moisturizing Cream
5. Toothbrush with Pepsodent Toothpaste
6. Slumber Shade
7. Ear Plugs
8. Socks
9. Bicosmetic Lip Balm
10. Covers for Headphone Earpieces

I was also given slippers on each flight.

The Bogner shirts were never handed out but there was always one in the storage compartment behind the seats.
