The 2000 miles is irrelevant. LHR-LCA is also > 2000 miles, as is MAN-PFO, but they only award 40 TPs. It's not because of mileage. It's simply an exception for whatever reason. The only logical explanation is that its a CE flight to a country served mainly by CW flights (CAI and HBE).
