Was there always supposed to be a TSO in front of the checkpoint dealing with liquids issues? I've seen these in SFO and SJC, but not in other places, so I had thought it was locally determined. (ORD in the example I gave above where my liquids were confiscated most certainly lacked one... I would have appreciated it a ton, since I could have gone back and gotten the correct bag from an airline desk before entering the checkpoint.)
