At least it had been much better, in my experience, at least until earlier this morning. FWIW, I'd thought I commented on this earlier, but maybe I'm getting senile or something.
I had received a few "server too busy" messages, but it appears to be okay now... at least for me. Hopefully others are not having ongoing difficulties, as noted here:

Also, I've heard rumors to the effect that hotmail will eventually be morphing into the windows live mail format soon - whether you and I like it or not.
Anyone know anything about this?
