The T&Cs are incredibly spartan:

SERCOTEL Barcelona
CONFIRMAMOS LA SIGUIENTE RESERVA CON LOCALIZADOR XXXXX
We confirm the following reservation with the code XXXXX

(details, including credit card details - yada, yada, yada...)

NOTAS IMPORTANTES:
Reserva garantizada. Caso de no presentación se facturará la 1ª noche.

Guaranteed reservation. In case of no show, you will be billed for the first night.

EDIT to add:

Just remembered about the 'libro de reclamaciones' the hotel should have. I guess I could always write my views in that if they were to pull a stunt similar to what Boo Boo Too experienced. (Spanish companies HATE having this book filled in - but I never really understood what it 'does')
