Once again, this isn't about me sitting up front, and there's nothing in any of my posts that says that it's about me sitting up front. Whether we're talking about crew up front or crew taking bin space, it's about the perception of customer service. My solution would lead to people feeling that the company values its customers. If there were any resulting "expectations", they would be that the company would treat its customers well.

I must have been on this board too long, I've lost track of how many waves of newbies have cropped up who can't resist beating the dead horse of "crew in J"
So some people want to vent. No one's forcing us to read these threads.
