If you have booked through your TA, it could be that they are on another system, you will need to check with them on what system that they are using. Another popular engine is Galileo where you can view the record at www.viewtrip.com. If you have booked with TG, you will need the Amadeus PNR (instead of the TG Internal PNR) to retrieve the record.

As for the seating, you can refer to the seatguru website for details. They have good reviews of the best seats or seats to avoid.
