I'll take terminal 2 at ORD over PHL anyday if you are talking about courtesy. Although I did have a UAX person tell me she couldn't help me with my standby since my gate had been changed from F4 to F12. By the time I got to F12 it had already changed back to F4. Not the GAs fault though.
