The ticket number is irrelevant.
You need the airline code, which is the first two characters of the flight number. This seems to be 'UA', i.e. you are on the codeshare. Because you are on UA code, it does not matter which NZ classes do and do not earn points. (Also, maybe your ticket is a little more expensive than if it had been NZ code)
You also need the booking class, which is in the booking class box. This is T and V.
