Am going to Antwerp for New Yr, with the (hopefully) soon to be Mrs.C, and was planning on getting the stone and the ring out there, as I understand that it is substantially cheaper to do it there, than in London.

Is this true? If so, how do I go about it, and how do I avoid getting ripped off ??
