But sometimes (for some people all the time) the website simply doesn't give the correct availability. Use KVS tool to search for award availability :-: and then check the website. If it still shows no availability, call them.
When trying to book I had the same problem, I called Flying Poo only to be insulted by some agent asking for my pin so that she could try. When she tried then she said he would speak to someone - never happened. I did not get availability for a single flight to anywhere at any time and I am GE+.
The problem was in the passenger information, it was automatically ticked and had passenger 1 down as a "young minor" if this is the case, undo the tick and it reverts to "adult" then do your search.
