Try Direct Flight Parking - at the International Plaza (now Doubletree). There rate was $22.95 per week plus taxes with coupon (printed from web site), although I notice the rate has just gone up to $32.95.

I find there is usually a shuttle bus waiting for me at the lot. You need to call them when you return and the wait is typically 10-15 minutes.
