Check arrived today for the cleaning cost -- if I cash it, I'm agreeing to full settlement. I don't know if I have more energy to pursue this -- I mean if they were trying to wear me down by giving me the run around, sadly, it really works. I can't believe I hung in this long to even get the cleaning covered.

I guess sending in a photo isn't too difficult but I think I need to send them the coat eventually if I claim total loss. what a pain...
