It seems like you are then on a US government blacklist. I hope you now communicate with many others to say that blacklisting Americans without a trial is immoral and unAmerican, and explain your situation to them.
Here's what I suggest:
1. Buy your tickets so that you use a middle initial or middle name (if you don't already do so) or do some other name games. If you still have issues then, try flying with another carrier and see what happens
2. Contact the TSA and ask to be removed from the list.
3. Contact the airline and tell them you want them to help you get off the list.
4. Tell others you know about the unAmerican nonsense you are being subjected to and how ID and boarding pass checks are not security and are simply a dog and pony show. If you can get blacklisted so can they.
5. Contact your elected reps' offices by mail and phone and have them help you too.
