I'm on a "bad" list with United
I seem to be on some sort of "bad" list with United. The system will not allow me to check-in on line or use the self-service kiosks at the airport. I've had all types of explanations as to why this might be from United employees. One suggested I contact TSA and fill out a form. I called TSA and they never sent me the form. A United employee said I was "on a list" and would have to stand in line to check-in every time I flew. I do not have this problem with other airlines. Any ideas on how I can fix this with United?
