Just for the record, US solution makers *do* currently package contact solution in 2 oz. bottles. The trick is that they don't sell them. This size is given to eyecare providers as sample stock. When I need a new bottle I just call my optometrist's office and they are happy to give me a couple of them at no charge. Of course, my doctor is a sample piglet--he has closets full of the stuff.
