The CP is OK, but nothing to get excited about. Personally I recommend the Caesar Park hotel, which is the old Hilton. Much cheaper than the CP, better location (right by the Central Station), and nice rooms. The service is about as good as you get in Taiwan, which is pretty good indeed.

I always used to stay at the HI Asia World, but since that became the SunWorld Dynasty I have changed my allegiance, even though it takes away the points earning option.
