It also wouldn't surprise me to imagine that this scumware is network-aware, & happily pokes itself at your LAN.
Looks like there's a few REAL (& free) removal suggestions via

Again, I am quite certain that my computers are not infected by errorsafe, and thus there is nothing to remove. The Win computers I'm using are scanned by Spybot S&D and have appropriate security settings etc. The Linux computers should be protected by default as I believe errorsafe is only for Windows. It would also be quite odd if 4 separate computers (in separate locations) that I use had become infected by something and that the problem would only manifest while browsing FT without this being caused by FT.
I am pretty sure that the errorsafe browser hijackings that I see are caused by one of the ads that (randomly?) appear on FT.
