You folks DO know that when you get to that page with all the blank personal info fields, you can just click the link on the right side of the page that says "Registered User? Click to fill in all fields..." or something like that. You enter your username and password and it brings you right back to the reservation in progress.
I'll try that; but why should it be necessary to sign in again and again during the same session?
