You can verify your new itinerary(ies) at checkmytrip.com or viewtrip.com as these should reflect any changes made. Additionally you can visit a LH counter where they will affix tiny stickers, which have the new flight segment/date information hand-written, along with the agent's initials, to the flight coupons. I did this but I made all my changes in person, at the counter and am not sure that you must do this at all.
