One major difference between ifc and other tall highrise buildings in Hong Kong is that it's developed by a government agency. Similar in idea to the WTC in NYC.

Anyways, back to original subject. I looked up HK Tourism Board's discoverhongkong.com site, and found Lantau tours for about $390-560. I just did my own excellent 6.5 trip last Friday for $210. Just posted full report here:
