It is depressing that such a well run airline as AF seems uninterested in serious product development. This 'enhancement' seems a waste of time. The 'old' NEV seat is pretty good (the slide never bothered me) so why did they not introduce a totally new seat to compete with SQ, BA, CX? Why is AF always in the second tier of seats?
