Nobody I know received any "info". It even took me several phone calls to even find out anything about it, and all I got was a phone number. I called the number, and I got a guy who said he would be happy to be my "Cierge". Now he sends me spam with ads for Sony computers.
So, to your original point, are you saying that the idea is to pay $1500 per year for the privilege of having an "EXTREMELY expensive" system planned, installed, and maintained? Why would one pay $1500 per year for that?
