Then you will not have a problem. The only thing with T4 and T4s is that it is really big and walking might take some time. But other than that, it is a superb terminal and Iberia is usually on time. Transfering from T4S to T4 is quick and will not take more than 20 minutes and I have never spent more than 15 minutes in immigration. I did a couple of mileage runs to LGW and went through immigration and to T4 in 30 minutes when most crowded. I am sure 2 hours will be more than enough time to do your conection. There are trains more less every 5 minutes and the journey takes about 5 minutes also.
You will have time to eat something before boarding your conecting flight.
