A BA friend of mine in NY said they are planning for a January NY event to show the seats aboard an actual aircraft at JFK. That doesn't mean there wont be NCW on JFK flights prior I suppose, but it leads me to believe route allocation could have something to do with schedule of PR and customer events - at least in the beginning.
