Interesting.

The letter to me specifically said BA points cannot be earned on this rate plan, and I asked them to highlight the section where it says that and send it to me, which I bet they will reply with ooops it does not say that but it does say discounted rates are not eligible and oh by the way we meant to say in our last letter that this rate plan is a discount rate. I would expect them to be more cutomer oriented and offer a solution such as you could earn points on this plan in these programs and in the programs if you write us a check for x dollars---i.e. be more helpful on thier part.


Althoughm Hertz does charge a daily fee for even the AA program correct? I think they just classify it as US and non-US FF programs for the line between fee and no fee.

Still waiting to hear from them---though it has only been a week.
