This subject has come up numerous times over the years... confusion runs both ways. Back when BE equipped 767s were more common on the domestic scene, there would be numerous posts asking what kind of Business Elite service one might expect from CVG to PDX etc. And then there are the domestic portions of flights which continue on to international destinations where the domestic legs were also termed as "Business"... all very confusing.
If I were DL, I would have kept the term "Business" to signify true BE service and not simply the FC cabin of an international flight.
