just a thought, is this a super-sneaky way of downgrading the "Business Elite" portion of the flight? I am guessing folks in "Business Elite" are not getting nearly the amenities that they would on a "Business Elite" segment using a 763ER or a 777, right? I would be pretty pissed if I were to book a business class ticket and ended up on a 738 w/ no IFE; no EmPower... makes DL look like a cheapo international carrier.
