Excludes AAdvantage members traveling on solely North American itineraries.
Since I am starting from SFO on AA's red eye flgiht, connecting in MIA to C America......I think I am out of luck.

With 4+ hours lay over, maybe I will get a car and have breakfast at Joe's Stone Crab in S. Beach.
